Documentation Management

We handle all interactions with authorities, provide pre-filled documents, and constantly monitor the status of each file for your foreign employees.

Managing documentation for foreign employees often means navigating a bureaucratic maze, constantly tracking deadlines, and repeated interactions with state institutions. HR departments spend hundreds of hours annually on these administrative processes instead of focusing on strategic activities that bring real value to the company.

Complications pop up at every turn: specific forms for each type of permit, documents needing translations and legalizations, strict deadlines for submissions, and appointments at crowded counters. Any misstep can lead to rejected files, hiring delays (sometimes for months), and even substantial fines for your company, ultimately impacting production schedules and project delivery timelines.

  • Complete analysis of each foreign employee’s situation and the type of documentation required
  • Preparation and pre-filling of all specific forms, with legal verification
  • Scanning and uploading documents to the IGI portal for obtaining online appointments
  • Physical submission of files to all institutions involved in the immigration process
  • Proactive monitoring of each file’s status and renewal deadlines
  • Automatic notifications for important deadlines and updates via WhatsApp
  • Full management of communication with authorities for clarifications and additional information

e transform the complex process into a simple experience for you. With over 20 years of experience in immigration, we know exactly which documents are needed, how they should be completed, and what the optimal steps are for efficient documentation management. This completely eliminates the need for you and your employees to make trips to institutions.
