To obtain and extend a temporary residence permit in Romania, you must pay the following official fees:
Consular fee: 120 EURO
- Where to pay: At the Treasury or CEC BANK S.A.
- Account: State budget, account RO58TREZ57620340101XXXXX, beneficiary IGI, code 22084517 for Sibiu County. For other counties, accounts are displayed at ANAF.
- Note: The RON equivalent is paid at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment.
- When to pay: With the first application and with each extension of the residence permit.
Residence permit fee: 259 RON
- Where to pay:
- For Individuals: At any CEC Bank territorial unit
- For Legal Entities: Via bank transfer to account RO35CECEB00030RON1278595
- Note: This represents the physical cost of the residence permit.
- When to Pay: Upon extension of the right of residence.
Work permit fees – 25€-100€
Work permit fee – permanent worker: 100 euro
